The Outside View

As you can see, the front yard of the home is quite large and spacious. Both front and back yards are equipped with an automatic sprinkler system.This is a view from the sidewalk in front of the house. The house has siding and nice brick along the bottom. We dug out a flower/bush bed along the fence last summer and planted some annual flowering bushes and lots of other flowers this year. There are also a couple of fruitless plum trees in the yard. There is also a nice row of bushes lining the walkway up to the front door and along the front of the house.Here is the driveway leading up to the two individual garage openings. Each has its' own automatic garage door opener. There is also an additional parking pad behind the backyard with room for two parking spots. (Where the silver car is in the picture.) The backyard is fully fenced and a good size. I am also including these pictures that were taken last winter. They are of the view of the beautiful field right across the street. This picture was taken from our master bedroom window and it is a beautiful view year round. It is nice, wide-open farm land, which helps keep the street pretty quiet. There is also a nice spacious park area that is right behind the backyard. It is quite large and lined with tall, mature trees. It is perfect for running and playing or just hanging out and sitting in the grass. It's like a nice, HUGE extension of the backyard!

Here are pictures of the family room, which is right through the front door.

You walk into a tiled entry way, with a coat closet on the right. A view of the nice vaulted ceilings in the family room, with a cool shelf to add some character. The family room flows nicely into a dining area (or you could do without the dining area and just have extra family room space). It's a very nice, open feel in this area. The dining area then flows into the large kitchen. There is so much cupboard space and a large sink. All appliances are included. Just off of the kitchen, there is a small hallway that includes a very nice pantry area (or storage area) and a half bath/laundry room. The hallway also leads to the door out to the garage. The half bath is very convenient when you have guests over! The laundry room has nice cupboard space and the washer and dryer are included with the house. Very reliable appliances.

Inside - Second Floor

The stairs are just to the right when you come in the front door. The top of the landing as a nice rounded wall and provides access to all the upstairs bedrooms (two bedrooms on each side of the stairs). As you get to the top of the stairs, there is a full bathroom directly in front of you. To the east of the stairs are two nice-sized rooms. In the first room, which we used as a baby room, we painted and did neat wall texturing just last year. We installed a tall chair rail about 3/4 up the wall and then put thin vertical slats down the remainder of the wall. There is great closet space in this room as well. Next to this room is another bedroom. We used this as a guest room and didn't do any painting, so it's a blank canvas for your own creativity! Once again, great sized room and nice closet space. The large window makes it nice and bright also!
Here is a view of the landing looking from these first two rooms to the rooms on the west side of the staircase. There is a nice linen closet just to the west of the staircase, which is great for storage. This is another pretty bare room, that we never painted. This is one of the best rooms in the house, however, as it has a really neat layout and sits just above the front walkway. Finally, next door to this room is the LARGE master bedroom. It is such a great size with so much space! We also built a chair rail in this room to add some character. This room easily fits an entire bedroom set, with left over space. And with the large window, you can look accross the street at the beautiful farm field and also catch some gorgeous sunsets in the west. It has a nice vanity and full bathroom right in the room. One of the best features about this room is the walk-in closet. It is HUGE, with so much storage space.
